- We give the Birthday Child a personalised plate signed by all their guests
- We give each child a free drink of squash
- We provide plates, a knife, matches and napkins if you decide to bring a birthday cake
- We have party invitations available on request
- All pottery, including the Birthday Plate, will be glazed and fired.and ready for the host or hostess to collect a week after the party.
- No aprons are required - this is not a messy activity!
- Duration of the party :
- 1 hr 30mins if the Birthday Child is aged 6 - 8
- 1hr 45mins if the Birthday Child is aged 9 or over
We have a
wide variety of pottery shapes available for the children to choose from,
including plates and mugs as well as ornamental figures and trinket boxes.
Choosing is often the hardest part!
We explain
how to use the special colours and are on-hand to assist and advise the
children.
There
is a large selection of stencils and pre-cut sponges available that can
be used to help decorate the pottery, and we can demonstrate a few simple
tricks as finishing touches.
Children's
Parties at The Kiln are extremely popular. Please phone us a few weeks
in advance of the big day to book in order to avoid disappointment.
